5 INGREDIENTS Healthy & High-protein Berry Smoothie 25G+ protein & no protein powder This is such a yummy breakfast or snack idea This RECIPE makes 2 servings: • 11/2 cups frozen strawberries (255 g) • 1 cup frozen raspberries (130 g) • 11/2 cups / 375 g high-protein (lactose-free) Greek yogurt, the yogurt I used contains 13 g protein per 100 g • 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml) • 2 tablespoon chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk of choice (120 ml) • Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes • Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy #smoothie #healthysmoothie #proteinsmoothie
