On the side Sarah gave us katupat - rice pressed into a pan and then cut into bite-sized pieces - and quick pickled cucumber and red onion. These are the perfect accompaniment to Singapore satay made in your own home kitchen.

Episode 2.31: Mo Momos
On this episode of Three Kitchens Podcast, Sarah tells us how to make Momos. These Nepalese dumplings are steamed and usually served with a sauce or in a soup. Sarah made hers with a flavourful chicken filling and a sauce of tomatoes, szechuan peppers, onions and turmeric.
