Garnish Hats for Every Pasta!
Anyone will tell you that pastas need a garnish on the top! Whether it's parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, microgreens, or some delicious combination of the three (or more!). Yes it's true: pasta oughta have a delicious hat or else it's missing something! Thanks to Augustine Fou for the mouthwatering picture!
It doesn't take much to make a meal unforgettable. In as little as 5 or 6 ingredients, you can leave an impression on one's palate forever, or you may even change someone's life and the way that they view food. Cuisine is a powerful tool in the hands of one who knows what they're doing, and it should never be underestimated or unappreciated!

There's no doubt that delicious and healthy food speaks to directly to a person's soul, and I think that thoughtful presentation is the appetizer for that experience. Of course, a meal can look unassuming and be the most delicious thing you've ever eaten, but there is also something to be said for a food that is truly beautiful

Simple garnishes add a level of finesse to food that is hard to emulate. For me, if a meal is missing a garnish, I feel as if I'm undermining my effort in cooking. Because we eat with our eyes before we ever taste the food, how a meal looks is almost as important as how it tastes. When my meal feels bland, I add some microgreens 🌱
Green Goddess Salad with Cashew Basil Dressing

This salad is great as a light lunch or dinner, but can also be enjoyed with other more filling ingredients such as tofu, chickpeas, tempeh, rice or quinoa. Homemade Microgreen Pesto! Delish!!!
Next time you're having pasta, try something new and exciting rather than your usual! Microgreen and basil pesto is easy, cheap, and delicious! All you need is A Blender 2 cups of microgreens (salad mix is best here) 1 cup of fresh basil 1 clove of garlic, crushed or minced 1/2 cup of oil (extra virgin olive oil preferred) 1/4 cup of roasted pine nuts 1/2 a squeezed lemon Salt and pepper to taste (This should produce ~ 1 Cup of Pesto)
