When it comes to the choice of beauty or character, as a photographer I am drawn to character. While I personally prefer a tighter crop on this strong female elephant, I wanted you to see her strength and perseverance. Her two tusks didn't grow in evenly. She is right tusked and that one has the tip broken off. She shows signs of having endured times of drought, but has kept her strength. She is currently breastfeeding a youngster.
My Mom is so cool. I want to be just like her when I grow up. I try to do everything just like she does! Extrémne Vzácne Sloní Dvojčatá Sa Narodili Prvýkrát Za Desaťročie.Dve mimoriadne vzácne slonie dvojčatá sa narodili v rezervácii v juhovýchodnej Juhoafrickej republike. Nemenované deti boli tento týždeň objavené v Pongola Game Reserve v Severnom Kwa-Zulu Natal v starostlivosti ich matky a zvyšku stáda. Menej ako jedno percento slonov sa rodí ako dvojčatá a posledný hlásený počet sa narodil v roku 2006 krave v Krugerovom národnom parku.
