Acupuncture of Over-The-Counter Medication?
So for all of those who don't believe in acupuncture... I respect your opinion and understand why you may not give it a chance personally, or believe that there's enough validity in research as to why it may not be the best form of treatment for yourself, your patients, etc. However, there's definitely GROWING validity about how acupuncture CAN reduce pain, increase function and help in the long-term. Not to mention, it's probably better than taking NSAIDs all the time.

You shouldn't be at all ‼️ 👎 Static stretching has been shown in studies, ⏱️ time and time again that, before a 💪strength workout, stretching leads to temporary ⏬ decreases in strength and power. 🎯 So if you're setting out on making some gains - 🚨 try some dynamic stretching instead, which doesn't affect strength and power nearly as much as static stretching does!
