If your upper back has been feeling stiff (especially from shoveling of snow if you're up north of any sorts), then you should definitely watch this and see what's going on! Here's my favourite exercise to give to patients that need to move a bit more with their sore necks, shoulders and upper back! Practice in front of a mirror if you have to! Enjoy, and share it with someone who works from home or at an office job!
