Massage cannot 'eliminate toxins in the body. Anyone who thinks so hasn't had a good understanding of High School Biology Books Online, Biology, Bill Book, Immune Cells, High School Biology, Wellness Centre, Organ System, Massage Therapy, Massage
Can Massage eliminate toxins?
It's exactly why we have a liver to process the crap that we ingest, as well as a spleen to create immune cells, and of course an entire organ system known as the lymphatic system. These organs and organ systems are made to eliminate toxins, metabolic waste and more. Massage moves fluids around, so if you're experiencing lymphoedema build-up or something along the lines of that, then it's possible that massage can help promote movement.

Electro-Acupuncture How does it actually work?
🚨 Have you heard of electro-acupuncture? I sure didn't until much later into my 📋 studies. 🎯 When I heard about it - I was sure it was just some 🐥 quackery, some 🔮 mumbo jumbo, and that even if it did work, its effects weren't going to be good enough for me to waste both 🕚 time and 💰 money on it. 🎯 I decided, I couldn't knock it until I tried it. ✅ So I had treatment for it - and surprisingly, the pain and the range of motion in my shoulder felt much 😊 better! Try it yourself!
this is how to ask your massage therapist for happy endings...
Wanna know the best way to ask the person massaging you for a happy ending? Here it is: Yeah the secret is that you don't. At all. Never. There's no circumstances where you should be asking that, ya punk. So just don't. Massage Therapists are health care workers - nothing more, nothing less. And yes, surprisingly, men get asked that too, likely not as often as women, but it still happens. Nonetheless, It's not appropriate to be asking that. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
