Shoulder 💢 Pain? Let's 🛠 fix that!
🚨 Shoulder Pain? Like literally in your deltoid? ❌ Don't chase that pain! It might not be where you think it is! 🎯 Sometimes we have referral 💢 pain from muscle knots that are in regions that aren't where your pain is. 🎯 If you have pain in the side of your shoulder - you may have muscle knot in a 💪muscle called the Teres Major! 🎯 Try getting rid of this muscle knot by 👌 pincer grasping the muscle underneath your armpit!
Say 👋 bye-bye to your headache with this move 👀
🎯 Try releasing that muscle knot by 👌pincer grasping it! ✋ Feel around into that muscle and look for some tender spots - it should feel like a 💢 deep soreness, not a numbing or sharp feeling! ⚠️ Only do one side of your neck at a time - otherwise that could be a bit dangerous! 🤏 Hold that muscle knot once you find it, and the pain should slowly diminish - then 🚰 rinse and repeat until that ache you've been feeling is gone!
⚡Electroacupucture - Watch muscles 🦵 move on their own!
🎯 Electroacupuncture - a shockingly good painkiller! Here's just a little quick 🎥 video of me working on a fellow RMT's thigh. We hit motor points along her motor nerves to stimulate the 🦵 contractions you're more than likely seeing in the video! 🎯This staves off 💢 pain, decreases swelling (if any), brings awareness to the person 🧘‍♂️ experiencing it, and changes the pain experience in general (for better of course). 🚨 What do you think of this type of treatment? Let me know!
What does electro-acupuncture do?
🚨 Would you ever want to try this? 𝕃𝕖𝕥 𝕞𝕖 𝕚𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤 𝕓𝕖𝕝𝕠𝕨! 👇 📹 Here's a quick ol' video of electroacupuncture that I did for a patient that had some low back pain! Acupuncture on its own can have some 📈 positive effects, much more significant than random sham acupuncture. However, adding the ⚡ electrical component - stimulating nerve fibers and the adjacent 🩸 arteries in our bodies can help increase blood flow, decrease pain, promote healing and relaxation!

Achy, Tired, Painful Hands? Let's do some Massage Therapy | Vital Wellness Centre
Here's a little video on hand massage! You can totally do it on yourself and follow along if you'd like! Although I know it feels much better when someone else does, it's a good runner-up if you need it! One of the key things when it comes to massage therapy is to know where exactly you're massaging and why. Yes it's your hand, but what part of your hand? Is it the thenar or hypothenar eminence? What joint line are you specifically at? Give it a try!
