The Best Banana Bread (ever.) (The Baker Chick)
The Best Banana Bread (ever.) J's review: 8.5 / 10 I don't know about 'ever', but this was definitely the moistest banana bread recipe I've made, and the flavour was really nice. My bananas weren't terribly ripe though, so I'm hoping that the next time I make it (with super ripe ones) it will hit 9 or 9.5 out of 10! I used sour cream instead of yogurt & sprinkled some cinnamon & brown sugar on top for a sweet crunch. This recipe is a keeper, for sure.

Everyone has a "go to" recipe they swear by - well this Blueberry-Banana Bread is my new one. I loved that it was lower in fat than my usual recipe, that I easily mixed the wet ingredients in a trice then dumped in the dry, stirring the blueberries in last. I have a large insulated loaf pan, and it rose well above the rim. It did crack open a little, but that just made it better looking in my opinion. Great cutting bread, and a lovely texture. Not too sweet either.
